SnapDrive

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 15, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using SnapDrive's photo delivery and selection service, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Service and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • A Photographer creates albums, uploads photos, and delivers them to clients.
  • A Client claims albums from a photographer and views and selects photos.
  • An Album is a collection of photos uploaded by a photographer and is the unit for delivery, claim, selection, and retouch delivery.
  • Selection means a client's choice of A-cuts and final selections from an album.

Article 3 (Posting and amendment)

We post these Terms in the Service. We may amend them where permitted by law and will state the effective date and reason at least seven days before effectiveness, or 30 days for changes unfavorable to users.

Continued use after an amended Terms effective date constitutes agreement to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Registration and accounts)

Registration is complete after email verification and an application agreeing to these Terms and personal-information collection and use.

You are responsible for securely managing your email and password. The Service is not liable for disadvantage caused by third-party use of your account unless caused by our intent or negligence.

Article 5 (Service)

  • Photographers can create albums, upload photos, send, cancel, or resend albums, reopen selections, upload retouches, and review album history.
  • Clients can claim albums, view photos, choose A-cuts and selections, complete selections, use offline airplane-mode viewing and selection, and download retouches.
  • We send necessary service emails for events such as album delivery, claim, and selection completion.

Features may change to improve quality; we will announce material changes in advance.

Article 6 (Content rights and responsibility)

Copyright in uploaded photos and other content remains with the user or rightful owner. We process content only as needed to store, deliver, and generate thumbnails and previews.

You must not upload content that infringes copyright, portrait rights, or other rights. The uploader is responsible for resulting disputes.

Photography contracts and photo-use terms between photographers and clients are their agreement; the Service is not a party.

Article 7 (Interruption)

We may temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, replacement, communications failure, natural disaster, or other unavoidable reasons. Planned interruptions will be announced in advance.

Article 8 (User obligations)

  • Do not impersonate or improperly use another person's account or personal information.
  • Do not interfere with normal Service operation.
  • Do not upload or transmit unlawful or offensive content.
  • Do not transfer or share claim links or album access with unauthorized third parties.

Article 9 (Termination and withdrawal)

You may withdraw at any time from My Page. A client's owned albums and photos are deleted on withdrawal. A photographer's unsent albums are deleted; albums already claimed by clients remain to protect clients, including the photographer display name.

We may restrict use or terminate the agreement after notice for a material violation of these Terms.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

To the extent allowed by law, we limit liability for free features, except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

You should take reasonable care of your data, including maintaining separate backups of important original photos.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be brought in a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
